Dear Class 5,

Happy Monday! Wow what a change in the weather. We have really enjoyed all the lovely sunshine but we are also pleased to have had a bit of rain this week. The plants and grass in my garden were definitely ready for a big drink of rain water. My grass is looking much greener already. I wonder what the weather will be like this week. Perhaps you could start to keep a weather diary and continue your ‘weather watchers’ observations at home.

We hope you have all had a good week and have enjoyed learning all about rabbits. This week we are going to continue with the theme ‘Bounce’ and we will be looking at another creature which likes to hop and jump. This creature is not a mammal it is an amphibian. Can you guess what it might be?
