Class 5 Newsletter - Monday 22nd June
Dear Class 5,
I hope you have all had a good week. I have spent all week looking for frogs unfortunately none of them have turned into handsome princes yet! My favourite part of the ‘Frog Prince’ was when the princess dropped her golden ball into the well with a big SPLASH! Do you like playing ball games like the princess did?
As it is the time of year when we would normally be practising for sports day we have decided to have a closer look at games and ball games in this week’s learning. Keeping fit is a really important part of keeping your body and mind healthy; it is also really good fun. Perhaps you could learn a new game or ball skill this week and then teach it to a member of your family. My favourite sports are badminton and tennis. In the summer I love to take my badminton set to Normanby Hall or to our caravan and play with Amelia and Daisy. I usually come last but I do not mind as we have so much fun.
