Dear Class 5,

We hope you have all had a lovely half term. We have spent lots of time in the garden again as it has been so sunny! We have also been on some long walks to make sure we get lots of exercise to keep us fit and healthy. We made sure to put our sun hats and sun cream on first and took a big bottle of water with us. While we were on one of our walks Daisy found a hole big enough to put her foot inside. We wondered if Hop, Skip and Jump the Brownies might be hiding down the tunnel it led to. In the end we decided it must be a rabbit hole. I wondered if there were any baby rabbits nesting deep inside?

I thought it might be quite nice to learn a bit more about rabbits this week as we have seen a few while we have been out on our walks. If you are very quiet and sit very still you might be able to spot some too. Some of you may even have your own pet rabbit!
