Class 4 Newsletter - Monday 18th May
Dear Class 4,
It’s been another mixed week for weather this week, blazing hot sunshine one minute and cold and rainy the next! Typical British weather. I hope you are making the most of the sunny days. Have any of you managed to do the bear challenge yet? We are looking forward to seeing your bears. Mrs Smith’s bear was very helpful when she painted the bathroom! He got a bit messy though!
This week, we are finishing off our work on minibeasts. We want you to do a bit of research of your own, finding out about a minibeast which you are interested in, not one that we’ve already looked at though! We hope you enjoy it! Remember to send in any pictures of your work to the website.
Here’s a story to get you thinking about the different minibeasts. It’s called ‘Sam’s Sandwich’ by David Pelham

Again, some of the links I have put in are for Espresso. Just in case you have lost the login details for that

To use twinkl, use the link www.twinkl.co.uk/offer and enter the code CVDTWINKLHELPS to access resources, there might be some information on your chosen minibeast on there that you can use.
Also, please remember to keep reading! It has been great to see that a few more of you have been on ‘Bug Club’ but it would be great if we could get everyone in the class on! Please remember to answer every question so that I can allocate new books once you have finished. If you don’t answer the questions, it doesn’t realise that you’ve read the book! If you can’t find your login details, please contact the school and we can get them to you. Bug Club is a great online resource to keep you reading!
Enjoy this week’s activities. If there are any problems, please contact the school.
